Day off = FUN. We took an amazing walk to Cheakamus Lake. We hiked through an old growth forest that was magical! The girls all swam in the glacial lake, and everyone CHILLED. Fun is a huge part of all sports, and a hug part of our lives. We try to have fun in every situation, and today was the perfect way to show the girls that getting out into nature and being surrounded by beauty with all of our friends is FUN!
