DAY SIX!

By July 21, 2012 December 21st, 2013 Uncategorized

Day six was our last day of slalom.  The girls got lots of great runs in before the rain arrived on the Horstman glacier.  Despite the low light and somewhat unfortunate weather, everyone still got some awesome runs in and really pushed through to get the most out of the day.

Today was all about “aggression” and CONFIDENCE. Being aggressive right out of the start, crushing the first five gates, and carrying that momentum through the rest of the course.  It’s all about TRUSTING in your abilities and knowing you have it in you to charge as hard as you can.  We play online pokie machines saw some great improvements and funnily enough, being more aggressive seemed to translate into stronger and better skiing!

Nice work ladies!!  Everyone is looking forward to GS tomorrow and so are we!  On weekends we have more of the glacier to ourselves so it will be fun to have tons of room to play for the next two days!

Check out some pics from our LULULEMON yoga-dryland session today!  Thanks again to Lululemon for the mats and water bottles!  We LOVE yoga!
